sehr tolle Idee, perfekt umgesetzt. sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, sehr nettes Personal und auch nette Menschen vor Ort. die Räume sind top ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber! 18 wurde geschlossen, das war mir zu früh. sonst gerne wieder!

Read more Das WeWork Team hat uns (thecfoservice.de) bei der Standortwahl und unseren neuen Office erfolgreich unterstützt. Die Zusammenarbeit und die neue Office Lösung waren zielführend und führten als Ergebnis zum Erfolg. Wir waren äußerst zufrieden mit der Präsentation und der Tour. Insbesondere mit der angenehmen und professionellen Art der Mitarbeiter. Wir von thecfoservice.de würden wework sofort wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen. Leider ist unabhängig vom wework Team das Publikum hier sehr wechselnd. Es gibt professionelle Kunden, und viele die einfach sich nicht benehmen. Ein Highlight sind Kunden im Hippie Style, welche barfuß durch den Space laufen. Das geht gar nicht. Dies ist ein unberechenbarer Faktor und man kann daher nie Kunden mit nehmen, da man nie vor der nächsten Überraschung gewappnet ist. Daher einen Punkt Abzug von mir.

Jedoch hat sich die Situation aufgrund von Überfüllung verschlechtert. Obgleich die App Verfügbarkeiten signalisiert, steht man bei Ankunft oft vor dem Problem, keinen Platz zu finden. Dies liegt vor allem daran, dass Personen mit festen Büroplätzen auch die flexiblen Hotdesks nutzen, was zu einer deutlichen Benachteiligung der Hotdesk-Nutzer führt. Um einen Arbeitsplatz zu ergattern, muss man nun früh erscheinen. Diese Entwicklung ist enttäuschend. Glücklicherweise gibt es Alternativen wie Starbucks oder das 25hours Hotel in der Nähe. Es bleibt zu hoffen, dass Wework bald eine Lösung für dieses Problem findet.
